|Al DeGuzman was so intelligent

It's such a shame to see him gone, now. I remember being at City Espresso and Veronica drove up and told me she had been sent home from school because of a bomb threat. I wasn't too interested until she mentioned Columbine. She told me that someone had threatened to "pull a Columbine" on the college. I thought, of course, of three certain people that it could have been. I was wrong. I was thinking of idiots. Stupid people, losers, low-life's who couldn't hold an intelligent conversation with you if their life depended on it... it wasn't until later that I found out who it was, and learned about him. The truth about him.|
Honestly, if it weren't for SCOTT BERBICK I would not be so open minded about things. I am open minded to begin with, but Scott's website for AL FORCED me to understand something that I didn't understand previously. Things I thought I knew. But I had no idea. THANK YOU SCOTT.
Also, in the DeAnza livejournal community, Johnny and I posted about Al and we got POSITIVE feedback. That is awesome. That just rocks.
Al, I will never forgive myself for not sending you those letters but all I can do is move forward. I just hope you will share with me now, your intricate talent for articulating the way you did........ man Al, I admire your talents. I wish you were here to take photos of the beach... and the water... your art is inspiring.
